Climate
The temperature in summer is quiet nice and congenial with an average
of 34 'C plus although humidity is a slight problem. The winter season
sees a dip in temperature with average low temperature going down to
about 17 'C. The best time to visit Mumbai is between the months of
November to February, when the temperature is around 20 C minimum and
28 C maximum.
The climate of Mumbai, because of its being in the tropical zone, and
near the Arabian sea, can be broadly classified into two main seasons
- the humid season, and the dry season. The humid season, between March
and October, is characterised by high humidity and temperatures of over
30 C. The dry season, between November and February, is characterised
by moderate levels of humidity and warm to cool weather.
